Why did Zombie Rain have Supernatural Powers in it?

There is no easy answer to this one. I never expected to write a zombie book that ended up having the supernatural powers. What kind power did it have, well, you’ll need to read the book and find out what kind powers it was. I can assure you it is a good one. But I’ll be a sweet guy and share a few of powers that existed in my book. ;D

I grew up love to watch any movies or shows that have something supernatural about it. I even enjoyed several Supernatural shows. It is the same thing with books. It’s more fun to see how the world that didn’t follow an actual world we all are living in. Where’s the fun in that?

Superman’s eye lasers from several comic books and movies inspired me. Once I included it as a power, my creative minds went non-stoppable with this kind of powers. Zombie + Eye laser = The most scariest and dangerous creature on Earth, don’t you agreed? I include them because it scared me and I will avoid that kind zombie at every cost. In my opinion, it’s very important to make sure my zombies are scary as hell and enough to make people stay away from them. Who the heck would want to be around the flesh-eater unless you want to become like them? I’m not stopping you! ๐Ÿ˜€

In Zombie Rain, there are several odd things that normally wasn’t include in other zombie books or movies. But keep that in your mind, I haven’t read every single zombie books or watched every single zombie movies. I am in a good confident that there wasn’t any colorful rain existing in any other zombie books and movies. I considered colorful rain to be one of supernatural powers.

Here’s a short snippet that explains colorful rain:

Rex: “Before all the shit happened with my family, it got funky cloudy and rained. Weird looking clouds, like what’s outside now, and this strange colored rain. Not just that, but weird tornadoes formed, too. They were fairly small, F1’s maybe, but they developed in places they shouldn’t be.”

Jake: “Tornadoes? Odd colored rain? I’m lost. First the zombies and now this? Or was it first the weather, then the zombies? Did some alien invasion cause all this?”

I bet you’re curious what was Rex’s answer to Jake’s question?

Here’s another snippet that describe zombie’s supernatural power:

The zombie king roared again. An orange beam, hot and sharp as a laser, speared out from his eyes. It burned my skin before my own protection shield was back up.

Similar as Superman’s power, wasn’t it? It’s always cool to include some odd things to zombies book and that’s the best part about writing a fiction books. It would be awesome if it were a non-fiction book, which makes it even scarier. ๐Ÿ˜€ Don’t worry, it still haven’t existed.

I hope what you’ve learned about Zombie Rain has convinced you to give it a shot and see what’s supernatural powers’ all about.
